Theyre very responsive, professional, reliable movers and packers. They follow complex instructions well. They do a good job wrapping up furniture and moving things carefully. They are very efficient and good at arranging items in storage so everything fits. Ive found that their final price matches their quote. During covid times, they wear masks and it felt safe. I hired Dubai Mover a couple of weeks ago for my move. My experience started with the excellent customer service over the phone. They we flexible engaging professional and responsive. Once we scheduled the time they showed up on time sharp! They were extremely cautious of my items as well as the walls and entrances! The were attentive to all details showed me they are experts on what they do. I had an extremely heavy elliptical and they knew exactly what to do! Moving by yourself can be a little challenging when living on your own with an infant in an unfamiliar city. Thats where Dubai Mover comes in. They showed up at my apartment (on time too!) and literally packed all my belongings. I went with the full-service option which made things easy! Everything was organized and secured, even upon arrival. I couldnt believe it!!! I highly recommend them to the Dubai Mover for all!

Dubai Mover did an excellent job helping me move apartments (Dubai). They were punctual (arrived early actually), efficient (done in 4-5 hours), and did an excellent job moving everything. There was some small damage to my desk, from being strapped too tightly in the truck, but they took care of this issue immediately. Highly recommend booking with them

Great company to work with. Mr Farooq and his crew provide a fast and safe moving service. Was reasonably in price, was on time, the movers were efficient and careful, and they didnt try to increase the price on the spot as weve heard so many other moving companies do. Dubai Movers would be my pick again.

They wore masks and gloves throughout the whole move. We had 30-40 boxes all packed and ready by the time they came, and some large furniture, which they wrapped attentively with blankets or plastic wrap. They moved everything out of the first location in an hour, working quickly, carefully and safely. The destination had three small flights of stairs, and they carried heavy items up using either a dolly or raw superhuman strength!

I must say I was a bit worry as it was my first time moving in Dubaï but I must say that those guys are nice, respectful , very very professional ( nothing was damage, broken neither scratch) and they were never upset when you ask them things to do. Great service ! Thanks

Dubai Mover was excellent. They were professional, efficient, and respectful of our property and our COVID-19 safety. Farooq was really communicative though-out the entire process. They could not have been faster, while still making sure everything was done well. My husband was concerned about our new hardwood floors, but Dubai Mover took extra care to be cautious. They also did not appear to take a break in 4.5 hours (Farooq said they ate on the 8 minute drive to our new home). Dubai Mover doesnt charge extra for packing supplies, etc, which is different than other companies I spoke with. There were no hidden or surprise charges. My husband says this is maybe our best experience with using Dubai Mover.I highly recommend the Dubai Mover to all.

Special thanks to Mr. Farooq! He has quick and efficient movers in Dubai. It took longer than I expected, but definitely not unreasonably! We moved items to storage and to our new place. They were quick to check in when it came to specific items, such as delicates, and make sure they knew where everything was to go. There was a minor mixup with some items ending up in storage, but nothing much! Ill definitely consider them again for future house moving service.

These guys dont need another 5 star review but Ill give it up for them anyway. They were incredibly efficient, respectful, and easy to work with. No complaints about our 4th floor walk up, the tricky parking situation. They handled everything professionally and quickly. Coronavirus precautions were no problem for them either. These are my guys, Im not going with any other moving company as long as they are available.

Dubai Movers is very professional movers and packers! They Took care of our furnitures using own blankets. We have a 65 inch TV without original box, they packed like a new one with great protection.

Great experience all the way using dubai movers on our move. Used two relo cubes, on our packing day we called asking for early morning emergency cube delivery and they arrived within 30 minutes of our call(!).On the unpacking day, the main road into our town was blocked. The only way to our new house was via winding steep backroads which I was almost sure the truck would not navigate. But they showed up right on time; we had a few other deliveries/contractors scheduled that same day, and they all were no-shows due to the road closure.

They were the only providers that called me 5 minutes after sending the request for information form. They were quick to tell me if my dates were available or not, while other providers took 24h days to respond only to tell me that they were booked.I highly recommed Dubai Mover to everyone
